Book Hvar.com is the website brand and marketing arm for Ocean to Ocean Property Management Ltd, 2-6 Foscote Mews, London,W9 2HH, a UK based limited company. Visrez Ltd provides this reservation service on behalf of BookHvar. When making reservations through this site, the name that appears in your bank statements will be Visrez Ltd
Confirmation of Reservations
We only take reservations online to ensure security of credit card details. Once a booking has been made you will receive a confirmation email confirming your dates. Please bring this with you when you come to check in. On arrival, to comply with local formalities, a copy of your passport will be taken.
Privacy
Neither BookHvar.com nor Ocean to Ocean Property Management Ltd store any customer credit card details, nor do they share customer details with 3rd parties.
Method of Payment
All payments are made online via our secure payment processing system.
For all additional services payments, we have credit card facilities on site.
On Arrival
On arrival, guests will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 for each apartment. This deposit will be refunded at the end of their stay. Please read the Damage Liability section
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:-
More than 28 days prior to arrival – 10% handling charge
14 – 28 days prior to arrival – 50%
7 – 14 days prior to arrival – 75%
Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100%
Damage Liability
Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of €200 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. This is without prejudice to any claim by Book Hvar Serviced Apartments for any amount greater than the aforesaid security deposit.
Occupation
The number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is limited to the number of beds provided therein.
Occupation cannot be guaranteed before 3.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation must be by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
The Management reserves the right without notice to take possession of the accommodation in the event of non payment or any other breach of the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
Loss or Damage
Book Hvar cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of, or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the property. Nor can we be held liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. You are advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
Pets
We regret that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Car Parking
Parking is issued on a first come first server basis and is not guaranteed for the apartment unless otherwise stated.
