Q. How do I book and pay for the accommodation?
A. Please check your dates through the availability section in this website. Once you find your dates, just follow the booking procedure to the secure online credit card payment section. This secures and confirms your reservation
Q. Is the payment to be made in advance?
A. Yes, 100% of the payment is due at the time of booking. If you decide later to change your booking, this is possible in accordance with the terms and conditions of the booking – please see http://www.bookhvar.com/terms.htm
Q. How do I get to Hvar?
A.There are regular ferries going between Hvar Island and Split. Ferry information can be found on http://www.jadrolinija.hr
Q. Can you collect us from the airport?
A.No, but we can collect you from Hvar town ferry port, or Stari Grad ferry port.
Q. What times are check in and check out?
A.Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. We can arrange to store bags as required. For late check out, and early check in requests please ask if it is possible.
Q. Are there charges for bed linen and towels?
A. No – this is all provided and included in the rates
Q. Are the apartments serviced?
A. Yes – staff will come to tidy the apartments once per day
Q. Do you have laundry facilities?
A. We can arrange any laundry you require. Please check rates when you arrive
Q. Do you have baby sitting facilities?
A. We have onsite staff who can watch your children in the evenings. Please check rates when you arrive
Q. Is smoking permitted in the apartments?
A. In the interests of health and safety, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or communal sections of the building
Q. What if I want to extend or shorten my stay?
A. For an extension, please check the website for availability. To shorten your stay, please check the booking conditions for terms
Q. Do you have internet at the house?
A. Yes, we have free wireless internet throughout all apartments.
Q.Can I book through any other website?
A. We only accept bookings through bookhvar.com although we do advertise on a number of sites including Owners Direct villa rentals.
